PIERRE — On Monday, it will be a week since Dakota Fisheries gave a public presentation to the Hughes County Commission and a full county commission meeting room. To address reservations those in the community may have about the Tilapia fish production and processing facility, to be located approximately seven miles north of Pierre and two miles east of Grey Goose Road, Dakota Fisheries representatives are hosting an informal gathering at Jon Beastrom’s ranch Monday evening beginning around 5:30 p.m.
