FORT PIERRE — Stacey LaCompte was at the Pierre Relay For Life July 18, before that night’s massive thunderstorm broke up the event and sent her home. The next morning, as she drove to the relay’s breakfast, she saw fallen trees and branches and had a horrified thought: “Oh no — what about my tepees?”
