There is a criminal investigation going on. So far we all are just looking in, all opinions and theories. Nothing of consiquence in a trial, but it the the horses owner spoke out, that would be different. I suppose she isnt talking for the same reasons Mahr isnt talking, the investigation(which is slow-I totally agree) isnt over. Just my 2 cents.
I do absolutely disagree with comments about the donations stopping, that is awful. "

Rapid City they had a doctor missing and they ask for help finding him the NEXT DAY and luckly he has been found already and is alive. If they would have waited a month he might have been found dead.
You wonder why people are making threats about the people who did this. I hope they are found in the same shape that Dually was found. As long as they do is in St.County nothing will be done. "

Which is it?
They know who did it do something about it. Or you lgoing to just drag it out and do nothing about it.
If this was the old west we know wha they did with horse theives. I cant say it because then they wouldn't print this. "
