First Lady Jean Rounds introduces her special helper, Caleb Lusk, 11, during the Grand Lighting Ceremony at the Capitol Tuesday evening. Rounds and Lusk turned on the lights to Christmas trees throughout the Capital building, including a 45-foot spruce tree decorated by the South Dakota Florist Association.
