House defers all action to tomorrow

I'm now sitting in the House, which has a quorum (by a fair margin, it looks like) and is on routine business like approval of reports.
Rep. Val Rausch just moved, seconded by acclamation, that the House's full slate of bills for consideration be delayed until tomorrow. A couple shouted voices of dissent (probably due to people who forged through horrid road conditions to get here today and weren't happy about wasted effort and risk).
I'm told the Senate expects to convene shortly, and probably will do the same as the House.
