There is a $13.56 administration fee for each vaccination. Those wishing to be vaccinated should bring their insurance card, as some insurance companies will cover the cost. St. Mary’s Healthcare Center will submit the item to insurance companies.
The South Dakota Department of Health reports H1N1 influenza activity remains sporadic across the state, and St. Mary’s Infection Control officer Becky Diehm said for those who still haven’t gotten the vaccination, there’s no time like the present.
“It’s never too late to get the shot,” Diehm said.
