House Majority Leader Bob Faehn just announced that Republicans will be unveiling their budget cut proposals today at 2 p.m. in the Capitol.
UPDATE: Faehn and Senate Majority Leader Dave Knudson just gave several additional details about their cuts
• The cuts will be in excess of the $40 million deficit
• Public Broadcasting is apparently not on the list. "It's not on any list I've seen," Knudson said.
• Gov. Mike Rounds was given the list yesterday. He will probably address some of the proposals in his press conference today.
