PIERRE, S.D. (AP) — South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard says he believes the state’s current gun laws are good and he sees no need to change them.
Daugaard says he supports the state law that allows people to carry concealed weapons if they have permits. He says he opposes allowing people to carry concealed guns without permits because they could accidentally get into trouble if they carry a concealed handgun in another state without a permit.
