On Jan. 7, title to property of lot M.C.-1, located in a portion of gov’t lot 7, sec. 28, T5N, R31E, BHM, was transferred from John & Lavonne Zeiszler to Andrew & Lindsay Heiss for $300,000.

On Jan. 4, title to lot 2 of the replat of block 23, city of Fort Pierre, was transferred from the sheriff of Stanley County to Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. for $120,195.04.

On Jan. 3, title to property of lot 2, block 1, Chantier Heights Subdivision, was transferred from Robyn Moore, FKA Robyn Johnson, to Robyn Moore for $1.

On Jan. 9, title to property of sec. 18-111-75, E1/2, was transferred from Jerome & Vicki Benrud to Wetlands America Trust Inc. for $1,115,408.

On Jan. 9, title to property of original plat, block 1, lots 13 & 14, was transferred from Verne & Jeanne Olson to Maureen O’Connor Rempher & Arnold Rempher for $172,900.

On Jan. 9, title to property of Riverview Park Addition, block 1, lot 7, was transferred from Holly Beth Thompson to Brian Allen Thompson for $1.
