Administrative Assistant The Pierre office of Black Hills Special Services is accepting applications for a part-time Administrative Assistant for afternoon hours. Potential for position to increase to full-time. This position requires Microsoft Office and basic publishing software experience. Applicant must be able to work independently and to manage a variety of detail-oriented tasks. Tasks include: answering phones; arranging staff travel; coordinating offsite meetings; managing purchase orders; developing graphics and layout for brochures, registration forms, and manuals; ordering supplies; data entry and mailings. Applicant should be customer-service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills. Supportive and flexible work environment. $15/hour DOE plus retirement and PPL.
