The annual business-sponsored trick-or-treating on Thursday night left many costumed-smiles along South Pierre Street. Costumes were worn by infants in strollers, kids in wagons, kids holding onto parents’ hands, to kids wanting their parents and friends to keep up. Many adults were in costume as well. The packed lines flowed up and down for two blocks on both sides of the street from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
