The Stanley County Buffaloes volleyball team hosted the Sully Buttes Chargers in a volleyball rivalry game at Parkview Gymnasium in Fort Pierre on Tuesday. The Chargers won 3-2. Set scores were 26-24, 15-25, 16-25, 25-17 and 15-10.

Junior Lydia Hill led the Chargers with 14 kills, three blocks and two aces. Junior Allyson Wittler had 12 kills and one block.

Senior Carlie O’Conner led the Buffs with 10 kills. Junior Kori Gabriel, sophomore Cadence Hand and senior Jordyn Sosa each had six kills.

The Buffs (11-9) will play Dupree Tigers (3-12) in Dupree on Thursday. Games are scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. MT.

The Chargers (8-17) will host the Mobridge-Pollock Tigers (17-5) on Thursday in Onida. Games are scheduled to start at 5 p.m. CT.
