I personally appreciate the change.

I personally have been humiliated by the Capital Journal for only one reason. The reporting of my mother’s death obviously the public NEEDED TO KNOW whose body was found by the river but the way my mother was portrayed was horrendous. The repercussions of said article no one ever talked about because MENTAL HEALTH is very rarely discussed.

Maybe what needs to be discussed is what makes a criminal. Talking about community is different than taking action in the community.

Where do misguided citizens end up? Jail, prison or the grave? Or in the local newspaper, with fines they cannot afford.

People need to start conducting background checks. Think of it as a need to know basis
